We take great pride in our puppies! It is our hope that you will enjoy your puppy as much as we have enjoyed him/her.
We have done everything to ensure that your new puppy is a healthy and happy one. All puppies come with health guarantee, vet check, current vaccinations, wormings, and health certificate from licensed veterinarian. All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free of any life-threatening congenital defects, for 1 year from date of birth. There is no guarantee or warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed the pet. A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 48 hours of delivery. If there is a problem, the breeder’s veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be given.
There will not be any cash or credit refunds. Rosey Lane Kennels offers replacement puppies only. No shipping expenses will be refunded. We do not like to ship by air because of the stress the puppy will go through. If not to far away we may drive and meet you for a fee. Air shipping can be arranged to most areas, but it is usually $300. Understand that if shipping is via air that certain times of the year due to heat and airline guidelines your puppies’ flight may need to be re-scheduled. You will pay all shipping expenses.
We can also accept PayPal with a 3% fee. Because of bad checks we have received, we will only take checks at least two weeks or more before puppy will be ready to leave Rosey Lane Kennels. Deposit of $300 will hold your puppy. Please feel free to email us at papillons@roseylanekennels.com
